Return,Refund & Exchange Policy

Summary

We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery provided that the item is in original condition with tags intact. Items damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

Condition Requirements

Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be initiated and the amount will be reflected in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned or replaced items. Returns are not covered under any free shipping policy.

Replacement/Exchange

Replacement items will be delivered within 7 days of receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, subject to quality check.

Non-Returnable/Exchangable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return. Products marked as final sale or hygiene-sensitive items (if any) cannot be returned.

Exchanged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Foyer Studio will only act on return/exchange requests made via the official channels listed above. We are not responsible for communications done outside our official channels.
