Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All orders are shipped free of cost unless otherwise stated on the product pages. This applies to all valid addresses within India.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 7 days from the order placement date under normal circumstances. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, public holidays, or courier partner delays.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched only after full payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a valid tracking ID and link to track the shipment. You can also use the Foyer Studio live tracking page for real-time updates.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If an order is returned due to an invalid address or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, redelivery can be arranged only after paying the additional shipping charges. No refunds are provided for costs associated with failed deliveries.
